Fresh Mustard Seeds

Fresh Mustard Seeds provided by us are slightly stronger than brown mustard seeds. They are yellowish from inside and are usually less than 0.1 inch long in diameter. When dried, these seeds have no odor, but release a strong aroma if chewed well and when roasted, these seeds have a nutty flavor.  They contain a large quantity of oil that is used for cooking in India. At the time of cooking, these are fried until they pop to flavor the oil.
